Welcome to Properties at Auction Help Centre.
We’ve pulled together some of the most frequently asked questions from our clients and compiled them all here, but if you still have issues or concerns going forward, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help out.

What percentage of the final home sale price do you charge?

There is no commission charge to sell your property via auction.

To put your property on the market is o% commission. The buyer pays your fee called a 'Reservation Fee'.

At the fall of the gavel of your property being sold now becomes a legal binding contract 'Exchange of Contracts' and complete in 28 days (Unconditional) or

56 days (Conditional). This allows the extra time for you to find a property and or the buyer to arrange a mortgage/finance.

How will you find potential buyers for my property?

Your property will be marketed nationally at least 4 weeks before it goes live online or in house.

We have thousands of pre-qualified registered buyers such as First Time Buyers, Investors, Developers or Landlords willing to increase their portfolio.

In addition, a short high tech video worth £500 of your property will also be yours to keep shortly after the time of booking to gain more buyers and potentially get more.

Do I need a real estate lawyer as well?

Yes, and successful lawyer will check the legal pack and organise any paperwork on time.

The legal pack will always be uploaded prior to going live at auction for each property.

This is so our buyers can do their research, which includes your solicitor reading over the documents in advance of bidding. This is to ensure anything which you may not be happy with is picked up prior to committing to the sale.

We have a panel of lawyers who can assist. Contact us for more details.

What about viewings?

If a potential buyer is able to view the property in person, we are happy to organise this, meeting them and showing them round at a time to suit you.

We will create a virtual viewing of your property which we will upload to the property details online. We aim to create these virtual viewings for each property, even when physical viewings are also possible.

Our virtual viewings will allow viewers to explore every area of your property, providing an experience as close to a ‘real’ viewing as possible, and are useful for house-hunters to share with any tradespeople so they can get a good idea of any costs.
